About the service

Sigma Oasis Reservations provides information and communication preferences for reservation-related services, with a focus on dining, golf, events, and activities. Direct booking is not currently available on this website. Saving a communication preference does not create, hold, confirm, or cancel any reservation.

Reservation providers

Availability, pricing, deposits, cancellation rules, and booking confirmation are determined by the relevant venue or booking provider. A reservation is confirmed only when the provider confirms it. Any links to external booking services will take you to independently operated services with their own terms.

SMS program: Sigma Oasis Reservations

By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our SMS preferences page, you agree to receive automated transactional reservation texts from Sigma Oasis Reservations at the number you provide. These may include confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and updates about your reservation requests. This consent does not cover marketing or promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your reservations and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's plan and charges govern.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Once messaging is active, you may receive a final opt-out confirmation, after which messages will stop unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help or email hello@sigmaoasis.net.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. You may continue without selecting the checkbox.

Our SMS service is being prepared. Recording consent does not mean texts are currently active. Texts will begin only when messaging is available and there is an applicable reservation or request.

Your mobile number

Provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Do not submit another person's number without their permission. To withdraw consent before messaging begins, email our support address.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text message as your only record of a booking; verify details with the venue or booking provider.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Appropriate use and updates

Use the website lawfully and submit accurate information. Do not interfere with its operation or submit unauthorized contact information. We may update these terms and the service; changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
